Huddling over a phone screen to watch photos or videos, or worse, photo/video galleries, can be a pain in the neck. Literally. Agree? So here’s something cool: the Droid X has a great feature that allows you to play photos and movies on your HDTV with this HDMI cable.

The only accessory you need is an HDMI cable that fits into the output on the Droid X, which is a standard port called HDMI Micro Type-D. You simply plug in the the cable to both the TV and the Droid X, and choose the photo or movie you would like to view. Then, the Droid X's screen shows a remote that's used to control the output to the TV. You can get the cable you need here.
